We're back!
After "going dark" for the cold months, we're back! Our first meeting of the new year is Wednesday, March 7th, at the Elks Lodge, bar area, 30196 Highway 200, Ponderay. We meet for dinner starting at 6:00 PM, with the general meeting starting at 7:00. It's a great chance to meet, swap some stories and renew acquaintances. New members are encouraged to show up and meet the riders. And this meeting, stop in to meet our new officers, board and talk about what's up for the new year.We hope to see you there!

Panhandle Forest Plan
The
Panhandle National Forest in the process of implementing it's "forest
plan" which will determine the management direction of the forest for
the next 15 years. The bad news....there are three alternatives
proposed, and all have significant new "recommended Wilderness",
"Wilderness study" or "Primitive" areas, all of which are off limits to
wheeled motorized recreation. We owe future generations the same
or better opportunities to recreate on their public lands that we have!
The comment period is open now. Feel free to utilize the
sample letter and talking points. However, it is VERY important
to personalize the letter and provide unique input. Such letters
